Please enjoy the YouTube video of "Gloria!" for Harp and Handbells which was performed by the Lycænidæ Harp Collective and the First United Methodist Church (FUMC) Carillon Handbell Choir at FUMC in Fort Collins, CO. This special music during the Sunday morning worship service was part of the finale of the Harp in Worship Conference 2025. Although Frank Voltz is the composer, it was arranged by Alaina Bongers.

When I composed "Gloria!" I wrote it for lever and pedal harp, but I heard it in my head with harp and handbells. The New Philadelphia Moravian Church handbell choir in Winston-Salem, NC commissioned me to create a piece of music to celebrate the 10th anniversary of their handbell director, Donna Cartner. Donna is a personal friend of mine and I was thrilled to take this opportunity to write and arrange "Gloria!" for harp and handbells. After the world premiere at New Philadelphia Moravian Church in October 2014, we agreed to make the arrangement available to harpists and handbell choirs everywhere.
